چکیده
Abstract Background Sheath blight of rice caused by Rhizoctonia solani is one the most important diseases worldwide, causing considerable yield losses. The estimation losses due to sheath in India has been reported be up 54.30%. As a consequence this fact, eco-friendly approaches were explored investigation. Results pathogen R. was isolated from infected plant, which identified and characterized on basis morphology through molecular Sequencing. sequences ITS submitted NCBI GenBank accession number allotted SUB11543577. In dual culture best two potential isolates biocontrol agents selected Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pf27) Trichoderma harzianum (Th47). Their different combinations with Herbal Kunapajala (HKJ) tested glasshouse, experimental field farmers’ fields against solani. maximum plant vigor index found treatment combination P. (27) + T. harzanium (47) Kunapajala, seed treatment, soil drenching three foliar applications. Minimum disease severity incidence at 30 days after sowing (DAS) 60DAS, Phenylalanine Ammonia Lyase Activity (PAL), Polyphenol Oxidase (PPO) Peroxidase (PO) also recorded same treatment. experiment population 60 transplanting cfu/g for spp . (32.33 × 10 4 ) (36.33 rhizosphere rhizoplane. Maximum (24.67 spp. (24.0 observed Th Pf HKJ [seed spray]. At farmers minimum severity, DAT spray] par chemical Carbendazim, but obtained PF growth promotion activity. Conclusions Among various sprays (47), very effective reducing incidence, increasing activity all conditions. Therefore, recommendation investigation could exploited under bio-intensive management program sustainable cultivation rice.

متن کاملXylosylated Detoxification of the Rice Flavonoid Phytoalexin Sakuranetin by the Rice Sheath Blight Fungus Rhizoctonia solani.
Sakuranetin (1) is a rice flavanone-type phytoalexin. We have already reported that the metabolites from the detoxification of 1 by Pyriculariaoryzae are naringenin (2) and sternbin. In this study, we investigated whether the rice sheath blight fungus Rhizoctoniasolani, another major rice pathogen, can detoxify 1. The extract of R. solani suspension culture containing 1 was analyzed by LC-MS to...

In this study, the biocontrol abilities of water-soluble and volatile metabolites of three different isolates of Trichoderma (T. asperellum, T. harzianum and Trichoderma spp.) against soil borne plant pathogen Rhizoctonia solani were investigated both in vitro and in vivo. The results showed for the first time that mycelial growth inhibition of the pathogen was 74.4-67.8% with water-soluble met...
